Detroit Lakes - Andersen Log Homes Co.

Detroit Lakes: Nestled in the land of 10,000 lakes, this log home has 1,650 square feet of living space on the main floor, Loft with living space with an attached 985 square foot log garage. The log shell construction began on November 16, 2016.

This is a complicated roof system, and it will be beautiful when it is finished

There are a total of seven gable ends on this home

The arch was pre-cut on ALH site, and the door's final cut was completed on the home owner's site.

2-21-17 This is the second day of the set - Braxton and Gary are insulating the logs

We used a crane to disassemble the roof logs down to the sixth course 2-16-17

This is the second load out of four that will be delivered to the home owner's site to be reassembled on February 20th

The loft tie log is in place and Jon is starting to scibe where it will be notched in to the extended wall logs
