Upon entering the covered entryway with king truss, one can view the lake through the great room that the home is nestled on. This log home’s design, will allow the owners to age in place – where everything they need is on the main floor. Entering the home to your left is a half bathroom and pantry area with washer and dryer. To your right upon entering the home, there is a large coat closet and entryway to the master bedroom. The entry is separated by an interior log wall with a hand carved 8 foot archway which leads into the large kitchen with island, the dining room and great room. There will be a beautiful fieldstone fireplace in the great room and a 10′ folding patio door opening to the expansive deck. The loft overlooks the great room has one large bedroom, a full bathroom, living area and low storage area. The walkout basement will be finished with two large bedrooms, a full bathroom, mechanical room with storage area, game room with a full kitchen and spacious family room. The family room has sliding doors which will bring in natural sunlight and is the entryway to the yard and lake.
This log home, Bluebird Pines will soon be set in northern MN to take in all the beautiful four seasons. The home owner’s will enjoy the quiet solitude of their log home, yet be minutes away from lake life of swimming, fishing, kayaking, restaurants, shopping and taking in the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. This custom handcrafted log home is 26′ by 28′, with a total of 728 sq. feet on the main floor. Upon entering covered porch entryway, you feel the expanse of open floor plan of the great room with its fireplace, kitchen with raised seating counter, and nook. Past the kitchen is the master bedroom with ample closet and a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The log stairway brings you up into the open loft with a sitting area to take in the view through the windowed gabled end. The walk out basement has a large library / living area, full bathroom, laundry room, utility and storage room and a one stall tuck under garage. Log shell started on August 3, 2023.
Memories are in the making with the building of Immanuel! Family gatherings and living life to it’s fullest begins at home. Tucked away on a secluded spring fed lake, mornings on the deck will be cherished soaking in the beautiful tree lined lakeshore and crystal clear lake. The plan for Immanuel provides the owners to age in place, while also having plenty of room for family and friends. The main floor has 1,344 square feet that is an L shape, with an attached framed breezeway and garage. The log King Truss in the covered porch entryway will reflect the lofted truss windows and make a magnificent entrance. The entryway brings you into the open floor design of the kitchen with it’s seated island and the great room with split stone fireplace. An interior log wall separates the great room and the master bedroom with a walk in closet and spacious bathroom with a separate walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. A log archway off the kitchen leads to the framed breeze way with the laundry room, half bath and pantry – this opens to the garage.
The lofted area opens below to the great room and has two dormered bedrooms that each have a walk out balcony, full bathroom and living area. The 12 x 12 roof pitch makes the house taller and allows for more head room in the loft, giving it a more open feel. The walk out basement towards the lake will mostly be unfinished, but over time will have a large family room, two bedrooms, full bathroom and exercise room. The mechanical room is located under the breezeway, as is the future hot tub room. Construction started March 4th, 2023 on ALH site. Construction completed June 2023.
