The Hideaway has been a dream for a long time, and now it is coming true. The foundation and walk out basement for this log home was put in two years ago, and this summer, the log shell will be set, and the final construction will begin. The Hideaway foot print is 26′ x 36′ for a total of 936 square feet on the main floor. The main floor has the master bedroom and bath, and it’s open kitchen, dining and great room with corner stone fireplace will make entertaining enjoyable, with a breathtaking view out the gable end. A log stairway leads up to the loft, with living area, bathroom and porch off the west end of the log home. The walk out is fully finished with stone siding. The total square feet of the home with the mainfloor, basement and loft is 2,288. First course set on May 4, 2017. Reassembled on July 27th, 2017.
